Course Overview

This programme develops leaders’ ability to think critically, assess risks, and solve problems systematically. Delegates will explore structured decision-making models and practice applying them to real challenges. The TAP-C™ approach strengthens team involvement by ensuring decisions are communicated, tested through dialogue, co-created where possible, and committed to in action.
