Course Overview

This course develops the ability to set meaningful goals and turn them into consistent results. Using frameworks such as SMART and OKRs, participants will learn to define goals, cascade them into tasks, and embed accountability. The TAP-C™ model provides a structure for ensuring that goals are communicated clearly (Tell), shaped collaboratively (Ask/Partner), and followed through with ownership (Commit).
