Course Overview

This course provides leaders and HR professionals with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and manage structured mentoring programmes. Participants will explore frameworks for mentor–mentee pairing, programme governance, and evaluation. TAP-C™ is integrated to ensure mentoring conversations balance direction, dialogue, collaboration, and accountability.
